* Post-London ponderings
The Friday before last Friday, Ravage! Ravage! made his live debut on British soil. In this Tirage, we attempt to make you believe you were one of the lucky witnesses.

Ravage! Ravage! had the honour of stepping in the incredibly sleazy footsteps of the credible likes such as Nag Nag Nag's Fil OK (half of Pet Shop Boys-remixers Atomizer) and Alden Tyrell (Clone legend) by giving a performance during the Computer Blue night at the Bar Music Hall in the überhip Londonian Shoreditch.

Around midnight, yr favourite self-proclaimed reverend of new rave was introduced by hostess Miss Marika, who had just come back from her voyage voyage - to intrrroduce Ravage! Ravage!

The setlist read as follows: I want you to want me/Velvet grrl/Screw you/Just like Justin/Another lover/(It's the) Medication/Oh my beau gigolo

Although the club wasn't as packed as usual - the Computer Blue night had just gone weekly, there was a very similar (Trailer Trash) night at the same time, and massive competition from Fabric with their fabulous line-up consisting of Diplo, Justice, Boys Noize, Lo-Fi-Fnk, The Maccabees and, oooh, Marc Almond. Which, in a way, is something to treasure at the same time - performing in the same city at the same night as one Marc Almond cannot be a bad thing.

Still, there were enough punters prancing around in a fabtastic fashion, as the grrrgeous DirtyDirtyDancing pictures prove...

Mind, it's a compilation of snippets. Featuring, in order: Intro by Miss Marika, followed by snippets of Velvet grrl, Screw you, Another lover, (It's the) Medication and Oh my beau gigolo.

Disclaimer: the soundquality is bootleg-like, for it was recorded by a, er, well, rather cheap photo camera.

Much to the delight of Ravage! Ravage!, the performance was announced in various publications, two of which you can see below:
